The short answer is no, we do produce items containing gluten in our kitchens. However, Mandy has Coeliacs disease and we completely understand what is required in order to restrict cross contamination occurring while preparing our gluten free items.
In saying all of this, as always, it is up to the individual as to whether you are open to the risks of consuming food not prepared in an entirely gluten free kitchen. Please feel free to reach out if you have specific questions regarding this, we’re very happy to talk it through with you.

Labelling laws within Australia do not permit any oats to be labelled as Gluten Free Oats.
Oats can be a grey area for people with Coeliacs and so it’s important to specify that we use Wheat Free Gluten Tested Oats. This means that the oats have been tested and contain no trace of gluten. However, it is up to the individual to decide whether to consume oats as they do contain a similar protein to gluten with can make some Coeliacs react in the same way as if they’ve consumed gluten. Yes our minimum order amount is $40.
